Hammerfall, the power metal band hailing from Sweden, are preparing to begin work on material for a new album. Guitarist Oscar Dronjak has made a post on the band's official website regarding this topic:
"I can't believe it's New Year's already, and the touring is over! We have been on the road on and off since April, so it has been the usual hectic year. And now, the next chapter is about to be penned; the songs for the new album. Actually, I can't wait to dive head-first into the composing, some of the material written so far is very promising. More on this as the songwriting progresses."
