Mastodon Guitarist Hospitalized With Head Injury
A friend close to the band has reported that Mastodon guitarist, Brent Hinds, was attacked leaving the MTV VMA's in Las Vegas on Sunday night and suffered severe trauma to the head. Mastodon's management has confirmed Hinds is in the hospital, with a "severe head injury." Friends close to Hinds have stated that when he arrived he was in critical condition and that his brain was bleeding. More news as it becomes available.
