Randy Blythe Vladimir Jablonsky, the lawyer of Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe, says that "he will be present at his hearing on February 4." Blythe is accused of tossing a fan off the stage in May 2010 in which the fan died 30-days later from head injuries the prosecutor claims were caused by the incident.

Blythe was detained in Prague in June, 2012 and spent 5 weeks in jail during pre-sentence bail hearings. Blythe claims the allegations are false and returned to Prague, CZ to clear his name.
