Peter Dolving, vocalist for THE HAUNTED, has issued the following update:
"Madchester!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last night in Manchester was absolute fucking beautiful mayhem. 800 people showed up for the Damnation fest, selling the place out. We'd like to thank all the bands and all the people who were involved in making it great.
To all the metalheads who showed up - you are sick! It was amazing chaos crowdsurfing slamdance singalong metal insanity in all its ragged glory and hugs and kisses all around the house. Thank you!
If this is what we're looking forward to for the upcoming shows... Sweet as as pie! People, let's make 2007 a year to remember!
