The Gauntlet: Cradle Of Filth Metal News

Cradle of Filth bassist issues update

Cradle Of Filth CRADLE OF FILTH bassist Dave Pybus has issued the following update:

"This weekend saw me fly out to my second-ever Musikmesse signing appearance in Frankfurt, Germany. This time for ESP Guitars. Things have been going from strength to strength with my deal and I was very flattered to appear with Will Adler (LAMB OF GOD) and Gus G (FIREWIND) at the booth for a queue of fans that went all the way around the stand block. The CHILDREN OF BODOM guys went first and had a blast with the response. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks to the ESP crew and the fans for being so cool. We got to hang with some great people. IN FLAMES, Nick Barker (ex-CRADLE OF FILTH, DIMMU BORGIR; now LEAVES' EYES), Dave Vincent (MORBID ANGEL), Andrea (ex-PAIN; now in JESUS ON EXSTASY), Kerry King (SLAYER), Kiko and Felipe (ANGRA), Andy Sneap and Simon (SABBAT), Schmier (DESTRUCTION) and others. Now I'm straight back to the rehearsal room where I've been working out a CELTIC FROST cover. Gonna sound great!"

DevilDriver's debut album was recorded at Rumbo, the same place Guns N' Roses recorded Appetite For Destruction.
