AT THE GATES "SLAUGHTER OF THE SOUL" FEATURED ON SOUNDTRACK TO "TONY HAWK'S PROVING GROUND"


At The Gates The title track to one of the most influential metal albums of all time, AT THE GATES's Slaughter of the Soul will be one of the tracks featured on Tony Hawk's Proving Ground, the newest title in Activision's popular Tony Hawk video game franchise.

"Slaughter of the Soul" is a standout among the 50-plus tracks that will provide the inspiration and energy for gamers to develop their own characters and perform the insane skateboard acrobatics that they have grown to love throughout the course of the Tony Hawk franchise.

    Hardcore Annal Sects

Kurt Cobain originally called his group Skid Row, unaware of the '80s hair-metal band (whose music Cobain would later wipe off the charts) that used the name already. Ironically, after settling on Nirvana and achieving worldwide success, the group was sued by the '60s psychedelic outfit with the same name. Fortunately, the bands settled the dispute amicably, finding enough Nirvana to share between them.
