SEVENDUST To Take On Fans On XBox Live

Sevendust Southern hard rockers Sevendust will be taking their fans to task on Saturday February 26, 2006 when they participate in a rousing game of Halo 2 on Xbox Live.

The group, which consists of Vince Hornsby, John Connonlly, Lajon Witherspoon, Clint Lowery, and Morgan Rose, will go head-to-head with anybody willing to challenge them.

"We're set to throw down our guitars, drop the mic, kill the drums and rock out on our Xbox," said Sevendust frontman Lajon Witherspoon. "Our fans will probably try and gang up against us on Xbox Live, but we'll be ready for them. We'll be gunning for them," Witherspoon said.

Fans and curious gamers who are interested in challenging the band members just need to keep an eye open for the "SevendustGWF" gamertag on February 26th from 2:00 p.m. PST to 3:30 p.m. PST and get ready to rock Halo 2 style.

Seattle supergroup Mad Season planned on issuing a follow-up album to its 1995 debut, Above, without singer Layne Staley. For reasons unknown, the sophomore effort never materialized.
