LIZZIES On Thin Ice 5 October 2018

Hard rockin’ heavy metal Spanish group Lizzies return with second album 'On Thin Ice’, which is set for release on 5th October via The Sign Records. The eleven-track album is sharper, tighter and filled with some of the strongest hooks and choruses of the year. Drenched in an 80s vibe all over, hit songs such as ’No Law City’, ’Talk Shit And Get Hit’, and ’Rosa Maria’ would have been immortalized today if released 40 years ago. Vocalist Elna encapsulates both the look and voice of that era - melodious but with a power that soars over Patricia’s bright and warm guitar tones. Meanwhile, Marina (bass) and Dani (drums) are the rocksteady rhythm, setting a headbanging pace throughout. A heavy metal party set to tape.
On Thin Ice follows the band’s applauded debut, Good Luck, that made it to an impressive #16 in the Spanish Charts. The album is produced by Ola Ersfjord (Tribulation, Primordial, Night, Honeymoon Disease) and mastered by Magnus Lindberg (Cult of Luna)
.
