XENOSIS: Progressive Death Metal Unit Premieres "Army of Darkness"

XENOSIS New Haven, Connecticut Progressive Death Metal legion Xenosis recently announced their forthcoming 3rd full-length, Devour and Birth. Set for release on January 19th, 2018. The group has a keen knack for creating progressive/technical death metal that blurs the lines and draws from the past and present equally.

Today the group partnered with Toilet Ov Hell to launch "Army of Darkness". The first single from Devour and Birth thus far. The song is an eclectic journey that shows off much of the bands multi-faceted nature in one compact killer package.

You can listen to "Army of Darkness" here.

Toilet Ov Hell had this to say regarding today's "Army of Darkness" premiere

"Xenosis’ tone and songwriting are decidedly modern, but the mercurial nature of their music feels like something that could have emerged in the 90’s. They play with the refinement of newer bands and the adventurousness of the old guard, creating a truly unique sound in the progressive death metal landscape. Next year is already shaping up to be a banner year for the genre, and Devour and Birth looks like it’s going to be its standard bearer."

Pre-orders for Devour and Birth are now live HERE.

*Early promos for reviewers will go out next Monday, December 11th.
