Twiggy Ramirez Kicked Out Of Marilyn Manson Following Rape Accusation

Marilyn Manson posted a brief statement via Instagram confirming the ousting of long-time bassist Twiggy Ramirez, real name Jeordi White. "I have decided to part ways with Jeordie White as a member of MARILYN MANSON. He will be replaced for the upcoming tour. I wish him well." On Instagram, Manson added: "This is a sad day."

The firing comes less than a week after White was publicly accused of rape by his former girlfriend, Jessicka Addams of Jack Off Jill. White has not responded to Addams's October 20 Facebook post in which she detailed the physical and psychological abuse in addition to rape while they were in a relationship in the 1990s.
