Vathek Moura Back in the Studio

A rejuvenated Vathek Moura is back in the studio and tracking new songs for their long awaited LP release. Will Shackleford said; "the state of music has been absolutely horrible the last few years, it's like everything died. I feel the time is right to make our LP the way we want it to sound. If people think it sounds too much like Type O then so be it, it would actually be an honor if that was the case."
Shackleford added that he will track all instruments and likely vocals. "I just want it done the way I hear it then if it turns into a touring act I will find the right people. I want it dark and melodic but full of hope."
Shackleford fronted the Christian Black metal act Inchained and was the Executive Producer of the Black metal documentary entitled Out of the Black - a Black metal documentary featuring Crimson Moonlight, Cannibal Corpse and others.
Vathek Moura will release their debut EP through Blackstation Records in the Spring of 2018.
