ANTHRAX, CARCASS and WARCRY to play inaugural DEFENDERS OF THE NORTH (DON) festival in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

DEFENDERS OF THE NORTH1 DEFENDERS OF THE NORTH / Series (DON) is the new creation from the promoters of the Monterrey Metal Fest in Mexico.

What started on November 13, 2004, remained forever in the hearts of all of the headbangers who attended the much talked about inaugural Monterrey Metal Fest Vol. 1, the very first music festival held in the country featuring some of the biggest metal icons in the history of heavy metal music such as Twisted Sister, Dio, Quiet Riot and Dokken to name a few.

A new series of concert series are approaching the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon,. Mexico under the DEFENDERS OF THE NORTH banner with the inaugural event featuring complete headlining sets from Big 4 thrasher icons ANTHRAX (USA), gore grind masters CARCASS (UK) and melodic power metal conquerors WARCRY (Spain).

The event will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the new soon to be christened metal music cathedral venue: Beer Garden / Jardín Cerveza @ Expo-Guadalupe.

Tickets are priced as follows:General Admission $700 Pesos and Preferential Admission $900 Pesos.
