Saw Slipknot in West Palm at the Mayhem Fest, the sound SUCKED! But not as bad as homo calling himself Pantera898 sucks. Machine Head KILLED at the Mayhem Fest. Machine Head should have been on the main stage.

He said it pretty much in one of those interveiws on MTV. How He brings more to the table than they use and that he's tired of just beating a keg and all that. From what I read, he's not leaving for family reasons but to persue a drummer position in another band. So be it, GO ON THEN!

What a clown. Nah, Just kidding. If you read the story again it says that His wife is "in the best health She's been in for a long while". It doesn't say She is so sick that She needs Him to come home. I understand what Dude's saying about it not being cool. I am a Family Man and Family first but Crahan's cut from the tour should go to His replacement. He should have thought harder about His commitment to Slipkont before getting involved with the tour. A band is like a second family, be true to ALL your family. If He wants to go home, go then, but don't leave your Brothers high and dry either. Find a replacement so your not hurting the tour, your fans or your Brothers. Good luck to Him but I'm sure He's going to cash in on Slipknot either way. It really is a win lose situation. Pesonally if My wife was "In the best Health She's been in for a while" I'd go earn that paycheck so She could afford to be that way. My wife would not want Me to come home unless I didn't want to be in Slipknot anymore. My investment in Slipknot would have to be 100% before I'd commit to touring again. He should have thought harder before He made a commitment to the band. Don't hate Me because I don't care what He decides. I'm just mearly pointing out the obvious.

Yea it sucks terribly that he might have to leave. And he did leave for awhile because of his family before. It was a long time yes, but it's still his family. 'Clown' in Slipknot can't exist if Shawn can't think normally. Just imagine if your mother or somthing had cancer or some shit, and you were on tour half way across the country. How bad would you feel for leaving her there?
