According to SlashFilm.com, Rob Zombie's remake of the 1978 horror classic "Halloween" has taken in an estimated $10.5 million at the box office in the United States on Friday (August 31), and it's headed for a three-day of $30 million and a spectacular four-day Labor Day weekend of $35.775 million. This will easily be the best three-day opening weekend of the nine-film Michael Myers franchise.
