Ozzy Osbourne announced his 2007 North American tour in support of the new CD release Black Rain [Epic Records]. Aligning with Ozzy on this tour is rocker/director, Rob Zombie. Zombie has just released HALLOWEEN, premiering at number one at the box office with estimated 31 million dollars, breaking all Labor Day Weekend records. As Halloween continues to slice its way through a theatre near you, Zombie once again takes his legendary rock show back on the road in support of his long awaited Zombie-Live album.
Recorded in 2006 during the tour supporting the Educated Horses album, which hit #5 on the Pop chart, Zombie-Live finds Zombie leading a supercharged band featuring guitarist John 5, bassist Piggy D, drummer Tommy Clufetos and was produced by long-time co-writer and producer Scott Humphrey.
Zombie and his band will assault the audience with Zombie’s trademark monstrous stage show turning the arena into a multi-media spectacle of pyrotechnics, video, dancing girls and creatures come to life. This is a no-holds barred experience so hold on for the ride. The tour is a two month alliance starting in Seattle, WA at the Key Arena and will end December 22nd in New York, NY at Madison Square Garden.
Selling over fifteen million albums worldwide, Zombie is one of Geffen Records top selling and longest running artist. He has directed dozens of high profile music videos including Ozzy Osbourne’s Dreamer video, contributed recordings to soundtracks and is known for twisting the imagination and boundaries of both film and music. In 2005, Zombie assaulted the film world with the critically-acclaimed, macabre and twisted masterpiece The Devil's Rejects, the follow-up to his already cult classic House of 1000 Corpses (2004).
Come join the madness as Ozzy and Zombie take over North America ~
