Check out "Raise Your Head" by Anticlockwise

Anticlockwise The album leading thread concerns the relationship between mankind and the world wide web, the social networks and the compulsory use of all the connected devices such as smartphones we never raise your head from.
We felt the urge to finish something left halfway, somehow undone… we needed to close the circle now that the web has spread everywhere and we see how deeply it influences our daily life.
The concept deals with the compulsory use of the smartphone and social networks, the overwhelming barrage of text messages we read and write everyday, the stress reacted to all this and, on the other side, the stress that generates when “the link” is missing.
We tried to describe how the virtual ego fragments in his social network projection and the consequent need for appreciation… the need for an aseptic thumb up. The “like” is our new drug.

The band is formed back in 2004 by Michele Locatelli and Pietro Baggi (former members of Nashtir) with the intention to create their own personal mixture of metal, melting different elements coming from their musical background.
The project caught the attention of Daniele Gotti and Gabriele, already band mates of Pietro in a band called Carmen Ferox.
The definitive line-up see the light during the summer of 2006 with the addiction of Claudio Brembati as singer. The combo is ready to strike!
We can describe Anticlockwise as a mixture of thrash metal with a little hint of progressive , especially in the tempo-schemes.
The 7 strings and the riffs recall sometimes the great Nevermore band but the band his personal enough to find his own way!
Nonlinear Dynamical Systems’ is the first demo released and later, in november 2013, finally the first album ‘Carry the Fire’ came out!
The band has just recorded his second full length album named "Raise Your Head" at Domination Studio that will be released soon!
