Dead Crown - Black Sheep - 21 April 2017

Based in Portland, Oregon, Dead Crown (For Fans of Emmure, Oceano, The Acacia Strain) formed in late 2016 to create heavy metal. Dead Crown consist of Kendall Johns (Vocalist), Eric Gemme (Guitarist), Brent Sheffield (Bassist), and Bryton Wilson (Drummer), who all shared the passion of writing heavy riffs.

“Dethrone” was the debut single of Dead Crown, and teamed up with Eric Gemme, Chris Foster (Sworn In, It Prevails, Miss Fortune) and Alex Christian. Within a matter of days, their music video for “Dethrone” accumulated almost 20k on Facebook and youtube. With only a single released, Dead Crown had a successful tour run and played large shows in their region, sharing the stage with bands such as Chelsea Grin, Gideon, Ice Nine kills, Otep and many more.

Vocalist Kendall, shares “I think our attitude makes us stand out. We are a very heavy band, but I don't think it was ever our sole intention to be the heaviest band. Our writing process just naturally unfolded itself and the music was generated organically. We are very bold and make it a goal to captivate people and make sure a part of us sticks in their heads.”

Showing no intent of slowing down, Dead Crown plans on bringing in a new era of heavy, aggressive music and sharing a piece of their minds with the world.
