Enjoy Metal Allegiance Remarkable Tribute to David Bowie


David Bowie Metal Allegiance amazing tribute to its “Fallen Heroes” included a star-studded homage to David Bowie.



On stage to perform “Suffragette City” was Death Angel’s Mark Osegueda.

“Sometime back last year, Metal Allegiance played in San Francisco and in between songs … our tech showed me his phone and I read the words and it just broke me in half, it took me on my knees and it ripped my heart out of my chest, and it was that David Bowie had passed,” stated Osegueda. “I had the unfortunate task to tell the crowd that evening, and right now we’re going to celebrate that man’s incredible, incredible legacy.” Bowie passed away on Jan. 10, 2016 at the age of 69.

Osegueda was also joined by Alex Skolnick, Mark Menghi, and Mike Portnoy, along with special guest Phil Demmel of Machine Head.
