Papa Roach frontman comments on fan taking crap in the moshpit

PAPA ROACH vocalist Jacoby Shaddix has commented on a email that a fan in attendance at the show sent to UK's Rock Sound magazine. The fan stated

"Hi, Rock Sound, I just thought I'd let you know that last night [Thursday, April 16], at the PAPA ROACH show in Manchester, somebody did a shit at the back of the mosh-pit! About halfway through PAPA ROACH's set, everybody started commenting on how bad the smell was. I guess it was like someone had farted or something, but it was MUCH worse. All of a sudden, there was a massive gap in the crowd and my friend told me that someone had actually done a shit! I turned around and saw this guy with cleaning materials wiping it up!!! Thank God I didn't step on it. I don't think the band were aware of it, I didn't hear them tell people to do it anyway, I think this person just decided he needed to shit. I have no idea whether people were skidding in it or whether there was wiping action."

Jacoby Shaddix recently commented to the magazine with the following:

"Fucking hell � this story is hilarious! The first we heard about this was when we were asked about it during an interview, the funny thing is that we did an interview before the U.K. gigs and [bassist] Tobin [Esperance] said 'bring your diapers because we are going to rock the shit out of you'. It looks like it really happened!"

I was at their concert on 22 of April in Hamburg, Germany. And after their gig I met Jacoby for an autograph. He said, "Was the show good? Did you shit your pants?" I was like "erm... no" So he answered "OK. That is good. It was hot enough in there" Now I get the joke!!! Nice experience Jacoby, eh?

I was at a death metal show once where someone threw some stink bombs into the pit. It was rank. The smell hit the stage and the band took a 5 min break until the smell cleared out.
