Rammstein Sued by Cannibal

Cult German rockers RAMMSTEIN could be facing legal action from an imprisoned cannibal over allegations they used his crime to inspire a hit song.
ARMIN MEIWES was sentenced to eight-and-a-half years in prison for eating a man he met over the internet, and is now furious his life story has been used in Rammstein song MEIN TEIL (MY PIECE).
Widely sold in both Germany and the US, the track reportedly referred to the Meiwes case, which re-opens on Thursday (12JAN06) with the prosecution pushing for an extension of Miewes' sentence to life imprisonment.
The man-eater escaped the maximum penalty in an earlier trial because his victim consented to be killed.
