Firewind guitarist replaces Zakk Wylde as new Ozzy Osbourne guitarist
According to a Facebook posting by Randall Amps, Gus G. of Firewind got the gig with Ozzy, replacing Zakk Wylde as guitarist. Has anyone from Ozzy's camp officially told Zakk yet? Don't you think it's time? The Facebook post stated:
Randall Amplifiers is getting ready to watch signature Randall artist Gus G. make his debut as the new guitarist for Ozzy this Saturday, August 22nd. The concert will take place at the Blizzcon convention and be available on DIRECTV pay-per-view. Watch him play his signature Heaven and Hell half stack!
Kinda sad as Zakk has been stating in interviews as recently as this week that he is performing with Ozzy at Blizzcon. At least Zakk doesn't have to twitter anymore about how great Ozzy's kids are.
