One Morning Left – Finnish metalcore band presents a new single and a new lineup

One Morning Left released a new single ”The Star of Africa” on Monday 29th September which is the first sample from their forthcoming third full length album which will be released in 2015. The single is mixed and mastered by appraised modern metal producer Joey Sturgis (Asking Alexandria, Attila, Emmure etc.) “The Star Of Africa” is band’s first release since album “Our Sceneration” (2013) and it introduces two new band members to the bands lineup. ”The Star Of Africa” was recorded in Finland in July 2014 and was mixed in the United Stated in early September by Joey Sturgis. “A lot have happened since our last album which was released almost two years ago. A lots of shows all around, a lots of new music and some lineup changes. It’s definitely a new era for One Morning Left and all in a positive way.” comments vocalist Mika Lahti. “ It was specially a really nice to have one of our music genre’s leading producers to mix our new single. The band have again created something totally new and it’s awesome to show fans what to expect from our forthcoming album.”
”The Star Of Africa” represents a new lineup of One Morning Left which has changed by two new members since band’s latest full length. The new drummer is Niko Hyttinen (ex – Snow White’s Poison Bite, Cold Cold Ground) and the new vocalist/guitarist is Leevi Luoto (ARF).
One Morning Left was formed in Vaasa, Finland in 20008 and have since then released two full length albums; ”The Bree-Teenz” (2011) ja ”Our Sceneration” (2013). With these releases the band have toured actively around Europe, Baltics and Russia, supporting bands like Amaranthe, Protest The Hero and We Butter The Bread With Butter.
