Rival Sons Announce Additional Tour Dates

Rival Sons have announced new dates for an upcoming tour to support their forthcoming album, bringing their renowned, raw sound to the United States. The band will release 'Great Western Valkyrie' (Earache) on June 10, 2014.

Drummer Michael Miley: "Back home in the USA! Long time coming! I was starting to feel like I was from Europe! It's a quick little tour but I'm sure more will be on the horizon soon. Our album 'Great Western Valkyrie' will be out and we're really stoked to come and play these new tunes for you, plus our oldies but goodies, of course. We have some surprises to unveil so make sure you get tickets fast before we sell out! And like I always say, if you don't see your city on here, we have plans for more ASAP, but call your local radio stations and ask for Rival Sons' new single "Open My Eyes"; we need your support America! Let's bring some Rock and Roll back home and reclaim your boys back from our friends in Europe! See you this summer!"

Rival Sons blues and soul rock is loaded with gritty intricacies and a definite immediacy to their sound. The band often approaches their music as if they were on a mission: forcing songs to stay awake and active through instinctive and honest delivery. See below for dates where the band hits the road.
