Tentative Trial Date Set For As I Lay Dying Frontman's Murder-For-Hire Case

AS I LAY DYING frontman Tim Lambesis made a brief appearance in a Vista, California courtroom Wednesday, November 13th, where he learned that a tentative trial date has been set for March 2014 on charges that he plotted to have his estranged wife murdered.

A readiness conference between the prosecution and defense has been set for January 15.

Tim Lambesis was arrested in an undercover sting last May where he attempted to solicit a hit on his wife. He remains on $2 million bail.
