Scale The Summit Added To Fall Intronaut Tour

Progressive instrumentalists SCALE THE SUMMIT will embark on their first-ever European tour this fall, when they head overseas with recent North American tourmates Intronaut. Dates are listed below.

Before hopping the pond, SCALE THE SUMMIT -- who recently performed alongside prog legends Yes at the inaugural Yestival in Camden, N.J. -- will kick off a North American tour with Tesseract on Oct. 9. From there, the Texas quartet will embark on a headlining tour with support from Reign of Kindo and Jolly to further promote their acclaimed fourth full-length, "The Migration." Described as "post-rock at its most melodic and dynamic best" (Alternative Press), the album -- recorded with Jamie King (BTBAM, Devin Townsend) -- cracked the Billboard Top 200 upon its June release with almost four times the first-week sales of the group's 2011 effort, "The Collective." A new vinyl pressing of "The Migration" is in the works; more information will be announced soon.
