Tim Lambesis Gets Exception From House Arrest
Tim Lambesis, who has been under house arrest since posting $2 million bail for allegedly trying to hire a hitman to kill his wife, has been granted an exception to his court ordered house arrest.
"Defendant Timothy Lambesis is currently on house arrest and due to the restrictions of his release cannot leave the house to seek medical attention for the neck injury from which he is currently suffering," stated Lambesis attorney Thomas Warwick Jr., who filed papers asking a court to allow Lambesis exceptions to his house arrest.
The As I Lay Dying frontman is expected to go to trial later this year.
