Philip Anselmo Posts Video Of Tour Rehearsals

Philip Anselmo will hit the road for his new band's first-ever tour, dubbed "Technicians Of Distortion", which will kick off July 31 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Anselmo will be joined by his backup band THE ILLEGALS.
