Cro-Mags Frontman Responds To Media

Cro-Mags frontman John Joseph has blasted media reports for stating the band has sued Cro-Mags founder Harley Flanegan. In a post, Joseph writes "The Cro-Mags aren't suing anyone so get your fucking fax straight people... our part-time fill in bass player is suing Webster Hall for his hospital bills. The Cro-Mags aren't suing anyone. I don't give two fux about all this but when you outright post bullshit I'm gonna speak on it."

The Gauntlet reported yesterday that Michael Couls and William Berardo filed a civil suit against Flanagan and the venue Webster Hall for injuries sustained in a stabbing.

Flanagan was initially charged with felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the incident, but those charges were eventually dropped.
