MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE to Release New Single

MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE will release the split single, "Evening Wear / Mark David Chapman" on January 20th in North America (January 19th in the UK). Their previous singles, "Never Wanted To Dance" and "Pay For It," have both debuted #1 on the Billboard Hot Singles Sales Chart. This new single will include a video of the song, "Mark David Chapman" and the previously unreleased song "Written In Cold Blood." The earliest pre-ordered US versions will contain a piece of singer Jimmy Urine's tour outfit from the past year. Here are some brief descriptions of the audio content of the upcoming single by Mr. Urine, himself:
1) Evening Wear
Fashion is an expression of who you are. But it can also be a uniform that traps you in a skin that isn't really you.
2) Written In Cold Blood (previously unreleased)
Writing a song is like writing a blank check.. what ever subject someone writes about the audience will always think it is 100 percent autobiographical.... So be careful what u write because some checks you can't cash.
3) Mark David Chapman
If John Lennon is the god of music then it stands to reason that Mark David Chapman is the devil .. right now all music is stagnate and horrible and overpopulated with crap that never fails bad enough to go away... so I think it is time to pull out the big guns and have the devil eradicate the earth of all these cookie cutter, bullshit acts.
