Hoeks Death Metal Pizza's Metal Fest Shut Down At SXSW

One of the best venue/restaurants in Texas for for metal has had their stage shut down due to a city of Austin permit issue. Despite Hoeks owner jason Adams sending the money in with the permit paperwork and the city permit office cashing the check, the permit was never issue.
