Bus Driver In BARONESS Crash To Face Charges

Last August, Baroness was involved in a serious tour bus accident in England sending all four members to the hospital with two members suffering serious injuries.

Now, the driver of the bus will be charged with dangerous driving. The 39-year-old also faces charges of driving a bus with defective brakes and exceeding a 7.5-ton weight limit, insufficient daily and weekly rest periods and using a vehicle in a condition likely to cause danger or injury. He has also been charged with not having the correct license entitlement to drive the coach involved in the crash.

Markus is due to appear before Bath Magistrates' Court on April 5.
