Witness States Randy Blythe's Reaction To Fans On Stage Was 'Reasonable'

blythe Day three of the trial against Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe has come to a rest. Witnesses took the stand and for the most part refuted much of what was stated yesterday by friends of Daniel Nosek.

Milan Poranek testified that he knelt down with Blythe but stated "the singer was not choking" him as witnesses claimed in photos. This was also the conclusion we came to back in July. He went on to say "it may have appeared this way but that isn't what was happening."

According to Milan, "I wanted to stagedive and Blythe pulled me to the ground and held me there as I was very drunk. He did it because of the way I acted and he was right." Milan had climbed onto the stage two other times before.

A female concertgoer who watched from the back of the club took the stand and stated "Heavy metal bands are always trying to look angry on stage. What happened did not look serious at all."

A club employee said that after the concert, the staff learned that an ambulance had been called but no one knew for who or why. It wasn't until several months later when the police told them when they began investigating.
