Former NILE Bassist Arrested

Former Nile, Divine Heresy bassist, Joseph Payne, was arrested in Irdell County, North Carolina over the weekend. Sheriff's arrested two people following an investigation in transporting and selling marijuana.

More than 2,900 grams of marijuana, three handguns and more than $5,000 were seized in the investigation, according to the sheriffâ€™s office. Officials said the marijuana is an exotic strain and has a street value of more than $26,000.

The sheriffâ€™s office said more arrests are expected involving the investigation.
