VREID Comment On New Album

"Welcome Farewell" was recorded mainly at bassist Hváll's Studio 1184. Other parts were recorded on the road as the band extensively toured, including an appearance at the prestigious Damnation Festival in Leeds, UK.
The band commented: "Two years after we started writing new riffs, our new beast is now complete. It's been a lot of work, but we are utterly pleased with the result. Dark, heavy and VREID are the three keywords to describe it."

The band have also released a behind-the-scenes video from the studio which you can view below!
