STATIC-X Bassist Leaves The Band

Static-x bassist Brent Ashley has left the band after a Summer long tour. Brent stated on his facebook that "Well I guess I'll just let the "cat" out of the bag.... I'm moving on from Static-X... tonight was my last show.... chapter closed. Wish things would have ended differently but I'm very excited for what the future will bring ;)"

No word yet on who the new bassist will be, but you won't have to wait long as Static-x will be kicking off the next leg of its tour with Ill Nino and Emmure later this week.
