FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH BREAK IN NEW SET OF VALUES

Firm Music’s newest stars - FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH - have created quite a buzz as they ready to release their debut album, THE WAY OF THE FIST. This opus hits stores nationwide on July 31st, but the band will hit the road nearly 2 weeks earlier. The members of FFDP are proud to officially announce their slot on the RedOctane “Guitar Hero” second stage, appearing with the likes of Korn, Evanescence, Trivium, HellYeah, Atreyu and Flyleaf on this summer’s FAMILY VALUES TOUR.
Euro-Metal veteran and previous U.P.O. guitarist, Zoltan Bathory, was the architect of what has morphed into FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, recruiting standout studio Metal drummer, Jeremy Spencer to add his trademark ‘double-bass mayhem’ to the equation. Vocalist, Ivan Moody’s previous band, MOTOGRATER, had played to huge crowds on Ozzfest and beyond, while guitarist Darrell Roberts toured with metal legends W.A.S.P.. Matt Snell, bassist of acclaimed experimental outfits ANUBIS RISING and DEADSETT, completed the circle by lending his considerable fretboard mastery to the band’s music.
THE WAY OF THE FIST was recorded at Next Level Studios by Stevo "Shotgun" Bruno (MOTLEY CRUE, PRONG) and at No Name Studios by Mikey Sarkisyan (SPINESHANK) with mixing and mastering duties being handled by Logan Mader (MACHINE HEAD, SOULFLY). FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH is eager to perform these brand new tracks for fans all around the country.
