IN THIS MOMENT Guitarist Checks In From OZZY OSBOURNE, ROB ZOMBIE Tour
Guitarist Chris Howorth of IN THIS MOMENT has issued the following update:
"Jesse, Blake and I flew to Seattle the night before the first show and went right to a Days Inn motel and crashed, we all woke up excited and ready to get to the venue [the KeyArena]. We were blow away as we entered the back area of the arena and saw Ozzy and Zombie's massive stage set-up spread out in this huge arena. It was so surreal. The backstage area was massive — we had two dressing rooms with showers! Our tour bus was due to arrive after soundcheck and the whole band is so excited to see this thing (it was getting wrapped with a big advertisement or something). Our soundcheck was awesome, everything is done 100% pro on this tour, the Ozzy and Zombie crew are true professionals, so everything runs according to plan. The bus arrived and blew us all away; it had this huge mural of us on the sides, we couldn't believe it. We've been in a crappy van and a cramped RV all year and none of us have homes, this bus is so awesome to us! The whole day is like a dream. Here we are in an arena starting our tour with Ozzy, and we get to do this for threemonths!
"The show went off great we played to about 9,000 people and even though they were spread out, everyone in the crowd seemed to really enjoy the show. After getting cleaned up and chilling out for a minute we watched Zombie destroy the place; what a show! And then Ozzy played to a packed house for two hours! It was so amazing! We get to do this for three months! It's unbelievable!"
