Chimaira's Mark Hunter Took The Fall For The Band In Yesterday's Arrest

As The Gauntlet first reported last night, Chimaira frontman Mark Hunter was arrested in El Paso, TX. As the band took the stage with band keyboardist handling vocal duties, Rob Arnold addressed the crowd. "Sorry Marks not here... Mark got busted with some Pot... he wishes he was here. They wanted us to cancel the show"

It was a pretty fucked up situation. The band was pulled over and Mark threw himself on the sword and took the fall for the entire band so they wouldn't miss the gig last night. Why the vocalist was the one to take the fall i'll never understand, but it was a very admirable move on his part.
