ABADDON INCARNATE and PHOBIA Announce 7" Split

Ireland's ABADDON INCARNATE will release a split 7" with PHOBIA on February 25th, 2011. The long-running grindcore outfit have contributed three brand-new tracks to their side of the split, with now-legendary American grinders PHOBIA adding four new ones of their own. The record will be released via Dublin-based label Underground Movement and is limited to only 500 copies - 300 on black, 200 on white (white is preorder only!). Copies will be available on Underground Movement's website and in various distros across the world, but those with an itch for colored wax can preorder it via Paypal (see below). The first pressing is nearly sold out, so act quickly!

ABADDON INCARNATE are one of Ireland's most well-known extreme metal bands, and have been spreading their vitriolic blend of death, crust, and pure grindcore across the globe for well over a decade.

Formed in 1995 with the intent of being the fastest and most brutal metal band to ever spring from Irish soil, the band have more than achieved their goal, releasing a string of underground classics on respected labels like Season of Mist, Sentinel and Metal Age and gaining worldwide acclaim. Successful appearances at major European metal fests like Obscene Extreme, SWR Barroselas, London Deathfest, and Fuck The Commerce, as well as multiple European tours and gigs with the likes of Bolt Thrower, Morbid Angel, Extreme Noise Terror, Obituary, and dozens more have cemented ABADDON INCARNATE's status as an unstoppable live force.

Armed with a solid lineup (featuring members of other respected Irish bands Altar of Plagues, Sodbh, Twisted Mass, Sarcosis, Geasa), the band are currently working on more new material and are gearing up for a 20-date South American tour this summer, as well as a UK tour with hallowed deathgrinders General Surgery later this year.
