California Metal Festival announces lineup

This years California Metal Festival, set to take place at The Grove in Anaheim, is beginning to take shape. I realize California is in the title and California is famous for being "core-ish", but does it have to showcase so many "core" bands? California is also home to some great thrash bands. Two years ago, this same festival featured bands like Carcass, Decripit Birth, Exodus, Samael, Suffocation, The Faceless, Wykked Wytch, and Arsis. This years lineup is basically the Atticus Metal Tour with some filler. This year you can see headliners As I Lay Dying, Born of Osiris, Darkest Hour, Winds of Plague, After the Burial, Suicide Silence among others.
