Swedish/Danish power/melodic death metal band AMARANTHE are spending two months recording, until December, with Jacob Hansen (VOLBEAT, MERCENARY, NIGHTRAGE) of Hansen Studio in Ribe, Denmark. The as-of-yet untitled album is scheduled for a spring 2011 release.

An update from the band states: "We're a few days into the recording process, and everything will of course be well documented for your viewing pleasure! The first video diary is now online, watch it below!"
