Wheelchair bound metal fan Dave Finney got his chance to crowdsurf over the weekend when the Jagermeister Music Fest rolled through Atlanta, GA. Dave Finney not only crowd-surfed to Anthrax, but he got up in the air for Slayer and Megadeth as well. (See video below)
