The Human Abstract enter the studio

Human Abstract, The The Human Abstract entered the studio this week with William Putney (Suicide Silence, Four Year Strong) of The Machine Shop in NJ to begin work on their upcoming full length album for Hopeless Records.

"I can't wait to see what Will plus our preparation equals - hopefully when we leave our album will be the sharpest arrow in the quiver. I don't think I have ever put this much into the preproduction/writing process and this is my first stab at fronting a band this musical, so I'm genuinely excited and anxious to hear the final product, voices front man Travis Richter

The band had been tucked away in downtown Los Angeles the last few months writing and preparing for their upcoming release. The album is currently slated for a fall release date.

"It has been great to work with the band again. The writing process has been exciting and rewarding, but getting into the studio is something we have all been looking forward to. After going back to school and studying classical music for the past few years, I have developed into a different musician. I can't wait to see the outcome in the studio", adds guitarist & songwriter A.J. Minette

The Human Abstract recently announced a line-up change, with the addition of frontman and vocalist, Travis Richter formerly of From First to Last and The Color of Violence. The band also welcomed back original guitarist/songwriter A.J. Minette, leading the helm on writing duties for the new record. The Human Abstract released their sophomore album, Midheaven on Hopeless Records in August 2008. The bands critically acclaimed debut album, Nocturne was released in August 2006.
