The Meat Blog: v2.0 with Rikets vocalist Scott

Today it's Peoria, Illinois @ The Brass Rail and due to popular demand after the first MEATBLOG on The Gauntlet with RIKETS, our awaiting friends requested BBQ chicken again! Well we couldn't let anyone down so, this time we came up with "Curry Q" - (A slew of chicken legs and breasts smothered in curry and Indian spice, BBQ'd then slow smoke roasted on a low fire). Needless to say, it was some bangin' MEAT!



We started out with some hot coals fired up with a smoker can.....

We strung em out and spiced em up.....



And ended up with a rack full of MEAT that again, all our friends and family in peoria got to suck down some bitchin' chicken!

We had a awesome time in Peoria, Illinois and got to hang with family and friends that have been there from the start, so it was very special to us as a band to have a little home away from home homecoming! Special thanks to Brian of the band Overcome for helping us throw this party in Peoria!
