LACUNA COIL To Participate In The "HardDrive Live Tour"
Italy's greatest musical export, LACUNA COIL, spent the summer months captivating the masses across the globe with their highly successful "American Spellbound" U.S. headlining tour (their first U.S. headliner in two years) and a slew of major European festival appearances (Download, Wacken). The band are now set to make their third Stateside trek this year as they return in triumphant fashion as part of the highly anticipated "HardDrive Live Tour." Comprised of 43 dates spanning across North America, beginning on Sept. 22nd running through Nov. 17th, the "HardDrive Live Tour" also features genre titans All That Remains, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, From Sword To Sunrise (1st Leg) and Taking Dawn (2nd Leg).
Singer Cristina Scabbia remarks: "The 'HardDrive Live Tour' is coming to your doors September through November and you guys already know there's gonna be a lot going on, a lot of bands for you guys and gals, including of course us; LACUNA COIL! We'll be playing our new stuff from the album Shallow Life, so if you didn't have the chance to check us out live yet, you should definitely come out and join our rockin' family. We promise that you won't regret it. Can't wait to see you there!"

LACUNA COIL have returned with the massively anticipated, new full-length release, Shallow Life, and have undoubtedly proven that they are one of hard rock's most revered artists as the album debuted at #16 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. This impressive position marks the band's highest Billboard chart entry, as well as the highest Billboard debut in the history of Century Media Records. The new effort was recorded with acclaimed producer Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Pearl Jam) at the famed NRG Studios in Los Angeles.
HardDrive with Lou Brutus debuted on July 5, 1996. With 125 radio stations broadcasting the show, HardDrive is America's longest running new rock show supporting the careers of hundreds of groups from Korn to Five Finger Death Punch. Multi-platinum metal band Slipknot received some of their first national airplay on the two-hour week-end syndicated show. United Stations acquired the series in 2001, and in 2007 originator / producer Roxy Myzal developed the Monday through Friday spin-off HardDrive XL, also featuring Lou Brutus.
