Leaves Eyes comment on upcoming release

The band on the artwork:
Vocalist and producer Alex Krull: "I think the cover artwork is a very atmospheric piece of art and absolutely well done! Stefan Heilemann did such a great job! Furthermore, the whole booklet looks exactly like we wanted it to and it perfectly visualizes our music on the new album."


The band on the album:
The upcoming LEAVES' EYES album contains 12 tracks of a special kind. Guitarist Tosso: "The tracks and the sound on Njord portray the development of our band during the last years. There are some straight rocking and bombastic songs such as the single track 'My Destiny' but also some real epic-like, symphonic monster tunes. They all demonstrate the most intense atmosphere ever heard from this band! We even included once again some Nordic-Folkloristic elements into our sound. We were supported by The Lingua Mortis Orchestra under the aegis of Victor Smolski and a classical choir. In my opinion, Njord represents the most complete and elaborate album from LEAVES' EYES."
