ANCIENT RITES is sorry to announce that guitar player Raf Jansen is leaving the band after having spent two years and released the "Rubicon" album with the band.
"I've enjoyed playing with ANCIENT RITES, but I had to make a decision", Raf comments. "As things are these days, something had to go, and after a long deliberation, I chose to leave ANCIENT RITES. AHRYEPH demands much of my time these days, as do producing and I have a day job on the side as well. Over the years, ANCIENT RITES have proven to rise above every obstacle they encountered, so me leaving won't even leave a dent in the band's future. They'll still stand as strong as ever. I wish the guys the very best for the future, as I'm looking forward to my own with AHRYEPH."
