Blackened Fest a complete failure, all bands drop off but Mayhem

First Marduk canceled due to unforeseen visa issues, then Withered had to pull out prematurely due to transportation problems. Now it is being reported that Cephalic Carnage and Cattle Decapitation have pulled out too leaving only Mayhem to continue on the remaining dates.
