The Old Dead Tree Drummer Steps Down

Season of Mist and The Old Dead Tree are sorry to announce that Foued Moukid has stepped down from his drums wielding duties after three years within the band. Foued has decided to devote himself to his other band ARKAN full time, as well as other personal projects. The band comment: "We have been working together for almost three years and we shared some unforgettable experiences together all over Europe. We will obviously remain friends and this "break up" has been on very good terms from both sides. We would like to thank our friend and wish him the best for his future ventures!"
THE OLD DEAD TREE are now looking for a new drummer. If you are interested, please write to info@theolddeadtree.com with details about yourself such as your musical influences, bands you are/were involved in, live and studio experiences, and of course the reason why you would like to join the band.
A session drummer will fill in for Foued until his successor is found. All previously scheduled gigs are still confirmed, except for the Lisbon and Porto gigs in Portugal that had to be postponed to spring 2008 due to organisation issues.
