It's official, No Ozzfest

Ozzfest (2006) Has the Summer metal concert juggernaut been toppled once and for all? According to Ozzy Osbourne's reps, no. Ozzy Osbourne announced today that "I Don't Wanna Stop" when referring to being in the studio working on the follow-up to the sales disappointment Black Rain. Reps went on to state that he will not be touring until the album is finished. Do you believe the spin? For several years, they have been stating that it will be Ozzy's last year headlining the tour. Now would be a perfect time to get a new headliner for the Festival. Two years ago, Ozzfest was dubbed 'Freefest' and even then promoters had a hard time filling the venues with fans. The current economy plays a bigger role in the hiatus of Ozzfest. Unless you are Bruce Springsteen, tickets are a hard sell.

Where will you be going this year to see drunken girls flashing their boobs?
